THE MURAL SHOP SHIPPING, INSURANCE, RETURNS & PRIVACY POLICIES
All product deliveries across Australia are charged at no extra cost at time of sale. The delivery service includes packaging, handling and delivery. We deliver Australia-wide with TNT Express.
All International deliveries via TNT and/or Fedex are priced P.O.A. International shipments will typically be accompanied by a commercial shipping invoice that may in some cases represents the cost of the raw materials only. The receiver will be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or other costs as assessed by the relevant customs or government agencies in the country of receipt.
Customers purchasing murals and door wraps on our films receive automatic replacement and shipping as arranged by our dedicated International printer, packaging and freight company.
Delivery of fragile Toughened Glass Splashbacks, Glass Murals, Outdoor Murals, Tile Murals and Strips are also covered for the replacement value of their print and delivery. However, The Mural Shop will need to order in new product to print on, causing a delay.
Any freight and insurances on very large orders i.e over the wholesale value of AU$10,000 may be arranged subject to acceptance by our printers’ Freight Agents and underwriters and subject to the terms and conditions of their cover; in which case we will be in touch with you.
All Process and Delivery Times:
Please see each product page’s black product info boxes for delivery times. A ”Skip designs and read more product info” button can also be found adjacent to each product’s Price Calculator.
Firstly, delivery times are subject to a timely receipt of your Customer Approval Form.
Given all of our products are custom-made as low-waste design, and not mass-manufactured and warehoused, we will email you your Customer Approval Form for you to check and sign off on all before sending Purchase Orders to our Suppliers.
Secondly, delivery times are then subject to our printers and TNT/Fedex time frames who will advise you when your purchase is on its way. You can request a Tracking Number for you to monitor.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Larger Glass, Tile and Outdoor Mural items over 1M2 may arrive on a pallet to protect against damage in transit. In this instance, please dispose of the pallet’s timber in an environmentally conscious manner, i.e. for your BBQ. *Please, do not attempt to send it back to us as this will incur extra fees for you.
Since our products are custom-made to client specifications, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. Naturally, damaged items covered by our suppliers and or their manufacturers will be replaced following the same processes as outlined above. Limited Liability Warranty:
The Mural Shop® warrants that if the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will refer you to the printer and/or their manufacturer, at any time. The Mural Shop disclaims all liability for consequential, punitive, and special damages. Conditions of use are beyond our control.
